Along with the above forms, youth participants must also provide a Bill of Sale for animals that were purchased from a seller for sale use or a written documentation of homegrown animals for sale animals that are born and raised without being purchased for sale use. These documents must include the date of purchase or birth of the animal.
To accommodate the COVID-19 Virus, the Washington County Auction Committee is providing an online information entry to replace the first weigh in. Here is what we need from you.
- By May 9th, 2020- Youth Participants must be in ownership of their market lambs.
- Due May 22nd, 2020- All WCLA Market Hog Information Entries Due (one for each hog, including backups)
- Due May 22nd, 2020- Washington County Livestock Association Registration mailed with annual fees included ($15/family)
- Due at Fair Weigh In- Bill of Sale for all purchased market goats if they were purchased.
